Customs brokerage & documentation
Full representation in customs procedures: customs brokerage, import and export clearance and customs representation for businesses and private customers. We prepare and submit declarations, check invoices and packing lists, and support HS classification, customs valuation and duty, VAT and other charge estimates.

Our support includes origin and preferential tariff documents, including EUR.1 where applicable, declaration corrections, post-clearance queries, duty payment coordination and eligible repayment applications.
Transit & special procedures
Transit declarations and border-to-terminal coordination, including T1/common transit, T2 where applicable, TIR and ATA carnet processing, with transit guarantees arranged through authorised providers.

LINK SHPED began in Tetovo, North Macedonia, in 2003, in a small workspace with three people and a willingness to take on difficult work. We wanted a challenge that mattered: helping the people around us find their way through transport and customs.
Those early days meant long hours of learning, understanding unfamiliar situations and working through the details. When the first customer walked through the door, that learning became a responsibility. Someone was trusting us to help them move forward.

We are based in Tetovo, Republic of North Macedonia, with an office at Skopje Central Terminal. Founded in 2003, LINK SHPED provides customs clearance and freight forwarding. Our work includes Tetovo Central Terminal, Skopje Central Terminal and cross-border shipment coordination.
What can you help me with?
Our customs services cover three areas: clearance and documentation, transit and special procedures, and permits and inspection coordination. We also help with road freight and vehicle customs and import support. Air freight, sea freight and warehousing are arranged through partners, with coordination around your cargo, route and timing.
Which terminals and border points do you work with?
We work at Tetovo Central Terminal and Skopje Central Terminal and coordinate shipments through North Macedonia’s border routes. The location directory above groups the border points by neighbouring country. Share your intended crossing with us so we can confirm support and whether it is suitable for your goods and vehicle.
Do you also help private customers import vehicles?
Yes. We support private buyers as well as businesses with vehicle customs documentation and clearance. Vehicle transport, homologation and registration processes can also be coordinated through third-party partners. Tell us about the vehicle, its origin and the support you need.
What information should I prepare for my shipment?
Start with a description of the goods, their origin and destination, quantity, weight and dimensions, and your preferred timing. Share any invoices, packing details and transport documents you already have. We can then discuss the documents and any additional requirements for your particular shipment.
What documents should I prepare for exporting food products?
Start with a commercial invoice, packing list, exporter and recipient details, and any transport documents available, such as a CMR consignment note for road freight. Share the product description, ingredients, origin, quantities, batch numbers and shelf-life details. Food exports also need the relevant food safety documentation. Depending on the product and destination, additional documents may include health or veterinary certificates, phytosanitary certificates for regulated plant products, proof of origin and laboratory reports. How long will customs clearance and transport take?
Timing depends on the route, the goods, complete documentation, carrier schedules and any checks by the authorities. Once we understand your shipment, we can discuss the expected steps and timing. Contact us early so preparation can begin before the goods reach the terminal or border.
