Enquiries and shipment briefs

When online enquiries are available, submitting the form sends your details to our enquiry service so our team can review and respond to your request.

When the form offers a shipment brief download, downloading it does not send an enquiry to our team. With JavaScript enabled, the brief is generated on your device. The browser’s fallback form submission processes the details on the website server to return the download.

Partnership introductions

The partnership form asks for your name, company, email address, company country, area of cooperation and a short business introduction. Routes or service coverage are optional.

Downloading an introduction does not send an enquiry or confirm a partnership. With JavaScript enabled, the download is generated on your device. Without JavaScript, the website server processes your details to return the download, without storing them or delivering an enquiry.

Email and telephone contact

If you email or call us, you choose what information to share. We use the details you provide to discuss your request and coordinate the services you ask about. Your email or telephone provider also handles that communication under its own privacy terms.

Website operation

The hosting service may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and operate the website.

The office maps are provided by Google Maps. When it loads, your browser connects to Google to display the map. Google handles information from that interaction under its privacy policy.
